Are You  finding yourself, in an Upset and depressed, State of Mind ?

Then Definitely it is only because of this ___

       Although it pretend to be the proud to the Nation that, under the "CRIMINAL LAW (AMENDMENT) ACT,2013"  Indian Women Empowerment is enabled, but on the contrary this is also an acerbic truth that, by the time of constituting the Criminal Law Amendment Act 2013, to enable the Women Empowerment, the Determined Standard of Radical 'Right  to Justice' of entire  Men  section of India is rendered  flouting. 

 This is true that we do not demand, in any way, to degrade the strength of Women empowerment enabled by the enforcement of Criminal Law ( Amendment ) Act,2013 , on the contrary, As per our Constitutional Right to Justice, we do pray,  to Review the exiting provisions of the Constitution and other laws affecting Men, especially  Criminal Law (Amendment) Act,2013  and recommend amendments thereto so as to suggest remedial legislative measures to meet any lacunae, inadequacies or shortcomings in such legislations.

Reviewing from time to time,the existing provisions of the constitution and other laws, particularly Criminal Law (Amendment) Act,2013,amended for prevention of crime against women, major misuse is assessed against the status of men and their constitutional rights. Some of the examples are__

1) Immediately after imposing complaint against any man, he receives no bail imprisonment as a heinous offender, before receiving any sentence from the court of law, It is an acute case of violation against constitutional provision of Right to defend of Men. 

2) A man is said to commit "rape" if he manipulates any part of the body of a woman so as to cause penetration into any part of body of  such  woman. Conclusion is that, from now on ward the word "Sexual assault"  has been replaced back to rape. The offence is no longer gender-neutral, only a man can commit the offence on a woman. Here Gender Equality is not maintained and  Men's constitutional  Right to Justice is violated. 

3) During the  prosecution for rape,instead of solid evidences, just a mere oral statement before the court, that she did not consent, the court will make a presumption that the opponent is a heinous criminal and shall punished with rigorous imprisonment of either description for a term shall not be less than seven years or imprisonment for life. The medical evidence is no longer necessary & there is no time limit to file a suit against any man.

From now onward reviewing all above, do you think that  the Indian Man is receiving  any Justice?

THE PROPOSED MANDATE OF THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR MEN.

The Central Government shall constitute a body to be known as the National Commission for Men to exercise the powers conferred on and to perform the functions assigned to it , under this Act.   

  Review the existing provisions of the Constitution and other laws affecting men, especially Criminal Law (Amendment)Act,2013  and recommend amendments thereto so as to suggest remedial legislative measures to meet any lacunae, inadequacies or shortcomings in such legislations;
